Our Story

Part 1: From coding to business
Scaling Room started with my journey as a high school student passionate about coding. I dropped out of university after realizing it wouldn’t teach me anything useful. I began working remotely for a Japanese company while developing my skills, but I quickly realized working for someone else wasn’t the answer.

Part 2: Failing forward
I started my entrepreneurial journey with dropshipping, which failed miserably. My team and I then built a crypto community and developed software that gained traction but didn’t take off. Through these experiences, we learned the hard way that even the best product is useless if no one knows about it. This realization shaped our approach: you can’t sell to zero prospects.

Part 3: Partnering up and launching ZYLAR
Determined to solve this problem, I partnered with my blood brother to create ZYLAR, a B2B tech-focused agency that helped tech companies with great products but no new leads. With our first-hand experience, we grew ZYLAR to a multi-six-figure business.

Part 4:Niche focus and scaling to 7 figures
We later narrowed our focus to AgTech, launching CropReach, a specialized agency dedicated to scaling AgTech companies. Within just over a year, CropReach crossed 7 figures in revenue, helping countless businesses thrive.

Part 5:Building tools to solve bottlenecks
Alongside Scaling Room, we developed three key solutions to eliminate common bottlenecks in client acquisition:

  • MailDeck: The most affordable inboxes for efficient outreach.
  • LeadDeck: A source for the most affordable, high-quality leads.
  • VettedRecruit: A platform for outsourcing virtual assistants cost-effectively.

These tools were born out of our own challenges with outreach and are designed to give our community the most advanced, affordable ways to scale.

Part 6: The birth of Scaling Room
Scaling Room is our way of giving back to entrepreneurs who are just starting out. It’s the program we wish we had when we faced roadblocks, providing strategies and systems that we still use to scale our own businesses. Unlike other programs, we focus only on what works cutting out the fluff to empower founders with actionable insights and resources.

Our founder

Sabo Nagy founded Scaling Room after scaling two of his own companies to over 7 figures collectively and generating over $25.8 million in client revenue.

Drawing from his personal experience, Sabo is now on a mission to help agency owners, coaches, and consultants achieve scalable growth through the latest and most predictable client acquistion strategies and frameworks.
