Part 1: From coding to business
Scaling Room started with my journey as a high school student passionate about coding. I dropped out of university after realizing it wouldn’t teach me anything useful.
I began working remotely for a Japanese company while developing my skills, but I quickly realized working for someone else wasn’t the answer.
Part 2: Failing forward
I started my entrepreneurial journey with dropshipping, which failed miserably. My team and I then built a crypto community and developed software that gained traction but didn’t take off.
Through these experiences, we learned the hard way that even the best product is useless if no one knows about it. This realization shaped our approach: you can’t sell to zero prospects.
Part 3: Partnering up and launching ZYLAR
Determined to solve this problem, I partnered with my blood brother to create ZYLAR, a B2B tech-focused agency that helped tech companies with great products but no new leads.
With our first-hand experience, we grew ZYLAR to a multi-six-figure business.
Part 4:Niche focus and scaling to 7 figures
We later narrowed our focus to AgTech, launching CropReach, a specialized agency dedicated to scaling AgTech companies. Within just over a year, CropReach crossed 7 figures in revenue, helping countless businesses thrive.
